We woke up feeling fresh and decided to head for the hole so 8am paddling 9:30 breakfast and 10am we were checking out the swimming pool facilities.

In the town theirs 2 swimming pool both next door, the first a nice indoor pool with small heated outdoor pool with powerful jets great for a massage and to loosen up

and the 2nd pool has a 4 pools, with a big blue slide (this is where tom broke his nose a few days previous) a 4m dive board, a beach volleyball pitch and beach football (soccer) and acres of green grass to chill out this was the setting of day 2 where most of us took the day to chill out in the sun. with a few paddling sessions thrown in for good measure throughout the day.

With the opening ceremony approaching next week the lads Tom, Me, Ronnie and Orky took it upon ourselves to find some team uniform. we already have T-shirts done by Gaz at madyaker so like true professionals we walked around H&M dressing Orky up deciding what to wear. We finally decided and will be shown next Tuesday at the opening ceremony!

The evening Tom had acquired a small BBQ so some charcoal and meat later we had ourselves a team BBQ.

Where we are camped is a small section of the campsite with Team Ireland and Team GB so keeping up international relations we all sat around chatting and socialising before heading to town later in the evening for a few scoops and a bit of dancing.
