Most of the team got up for an early paddle in the hole with Siobhan going at half 5 some of the others heading off around 8 to make use of free hole time.

Today was the first day of official team training with our session set for 1530-1618 we were allowed 3 minutes per paddler and with 14 on the team plus the two C1 lads were doing 2 events we were allowed 48 Minutes in the hole.

we split the session into 2 groups so everyone got maximum time on the water videoing the session for feedback later and taking notes for improvements and discussions.

So after the session we headed for a quick dip to sit in front of the massage jets and generally relax before heading back to the campsite to get some food and head into town to meet some of the other lads.
